1. How do I register an account?
Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the homepage, fill in the relevant information, and submit to create a new account. After registering, you can easily manage your orders and favorite items.
2. How do I check my order status?
After logging into your account, click "My Orders" to view your order status and history. You can also find relevant information in your order confirmation email.
3. Can I modify my placed order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact customer service to request a modification. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return policy.
4. How do I apply for a return or refund?
Please refer to our website's return and refund policy page and follow the steps there. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
5. Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a change of shipping address. Once your order has shipped, changing your address can be difficult.
6. What payment methods does the website support?
We support multiple payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other online payment methods. You can choose the appropriate payment method at checkout.
7. Can I cancel or change my promotional code?
If you haven't completed checkout, you can change your promotional code during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you cannot change or cancel your promotional code.
8. Can the product be shipped to my address?
We currently only offer delivery service within the United States. Please ensure that the address you enter is within our service area.
